How do WhatsApp message costs work?

You connect your own Gupshup or Interakt account and pay them directly for what you send, at their rates. Balvira does not resell messages or add a markup. Messages go out from your own approved number, so members see a sender they recognise.

Can I manage both a gym and an akhara?

Yes, and each branch is set independently as gym-mode or akhara-mode. One owner login can run a mixed network — two commercial gyms and a traditional akhara — with kushti records and guru-shishya lineage kept to the akhara branch rather than forced into a generic template.

Is there GST-compliant invoicing?

Yes. Every payment carries its GST rate and amount and gets an invoice number from an unbroken per-gym series. Counter sales of supplements and apparel run on their own receipt series with per-item GST rates, so retail never breaks the fee invoice run.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it, in full, whenever you want — members, payments, attendance and everything else, as CSV. There is no lock-in period and no exit fee. Your data being easy to take with you is the point, not a concession.
