Gym billing software with UPI and GST
Balvira is gym billing software with UPI and GST built in for Indian gyms. Members pay by UPI, card, netbanking or cash, every payment is issued a GST invoice number in an unbroken sequence, and the money goes into the gym's own Razorpay account rather than through us.
Cash is a payment method, not a workaround
Half the gyms in India run on cash, and most software treats it as a mistake to correct later. In Balvira, recording a cash payment is the same operation as recording a UPI one, with the same invoice number and the same place in the same reports.
GST invoices you can hand over
Invoice numbers are issued per gym in a consecutive run with no gaps, which is what GST requires. Any invoice opens as a printable document and saves as a PDF from the browser. A gym with no GSTIN gets a receipt instead, which says so rather than showing a blank tax line.
Every fee shown, none of them ours
The gateway's own charge is listed line by line rather than folded into a net figure, and Balvira takes no percentage of member payments at all. The subscription is the whole cost.
- UPI, card, netbanking, cash, cheque and bank transfer
- Guru-dakshina, for akharas that take what a family can give
- Dues list, so the desk knows who to chase
- Counter sales for supplements and gear, kept apart from membership revenue
Questions people ask
- Does Balvira support UPI payments?
- Yes. UPI, cards and netbanking run through the gym's own Razorpay account, and the money arrives there directly. Cash is a first-class method beside them, not a workaround — recording a cash payment is the same operation as recording a UPI one.
- Does Balvira generate GST invoices?
- Yes. Every payment is issued a GST invoice number in an unbroken per-gym sequence, with the tax amount stored on the payment, and the invoice can be opened and saved as a PDF from the payments screen. A gym with no GSTIN gets a receipt instead, which says so rather than showing an empty tax line.
- Can I record cash payments?
- Yes, and it is a first-class payment method rather than a workaround. There is no need to log cash as a discount or a write-off, which is a specific complaint gyms raised about other systems. It carries the same invoice number and appears in the same reports as everything else.
