Gym member management software
Balvira is gym member management software that replaces the register and the spreadsheet beside it. Every member has one record — their plan, their joining date, their payments, their visits and who referred them — and the desk finds it by typing two letters of a name while somebody stands waiting.
One record, not four places
A member's plan, fees, attendance and notes live on the same screen, so the question a gym actually gets asked — is this person paid up, and when did they last come in — is answered without opening anything else.
- Search by name, phone or member code
- Plan, expiry and days remaining on the member's own page
- Family and corporate accounts, so one payer covers several members
- Referrals recorded at signup, so you can see who brings people in
Bring your members with you
The importer reads a CSV export from your current system and recognises the column names Mindbody, Glofox and Zen Planner use, so most files map themselves. Rows it cannot read are reported one by one rather than the whole file being refused.
See a member leaving before they leave
Balvira scores each member against their own pattern rather than a fixed rule, so a member who trained four times a week and has dropped to one is flagged while there is still time to ring them.
Questions people ask
- Can Balvira predict which members are about to leave?
- Yes. Balvira scores members on their own attendance pattern rather than a fixed rule, so somebody who trained four times a week and has dropped to one is flagged while they are still a member. The retention screen lists them with the reason, so the desk can call before the renewal is missed.
- Can I import my members from my current software?
- Yes, from a CSV export. Balvira reads the column names Mindbody, Glofox, Zen Planner and most spreadsheets use, so a file usually maps itself, and it reports problems row by row rather than refusing the whole file. It imports member records — name, phone, email, gender, joining date, member code, address and notes — not schedules or past billing.
- Does Balvira support multiple branches?
- Yes. One account runs every branch, each set to gym mode or akhara mode independently, and the dashboard can be filtered to one branch or show the whole gym. How many branches a plan covers is the only thing that changes between tiers.
