Balvira is gym software for women's gyms, where privacy is not a setting somebody remembers to switch on. Progress photos are never visible to staff unless the member shares them, and a member can keep herself off the public leaderboard and off the community wall entirely.
Private unless the member says otherwise
Progress tracking is the member's own. Staff see it only when she chooses to share it, and turning the leaderboard off keeps her out of it permanently — the wall does not ask again.
Who on your staff can see what
Trainers and owners have different reach, and a trainer can be tied to one branch. Changing what an account can see is one button, and it says what it will do before it does it.
